Red Sand

The Thames Sea Forts are the last in a long history of British Marine Defences. The Army Anti Aircraft forts have played a significant role in post World War 2 developments. Notably in offshore fuel exploration and drilling platforms. The successful rapid deployment of the Maunsell Forts soon after led to the construction of the first offshore oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico in the late 1940’s.

This documentary looks at the pirate radio usage of the Fort.

Birmingham Eastsides light festval held in conjunction with ELDA. The project was to light up Birmingham's Eastside as part of the Cultural Festival that took part from thw 10 to 26th February 2006. A total of 60 students and 8 top lighting designers from around the world took part to create a fascinating lighting display using locations from around the eastside area.
